At Guilette Heating & Air Conditioning we’ve made a promise to all of our customers to provide the very best in quality parts, equipment and support services.  This is our promise to you, not an agreement or a contract.  We don’t require a contract from you. We work off of our promise to you. We want to earn your trust, your respect and your business, not just today but into the future as well. This is the promise we make to all our customers.

You shouldn’t need a legal contract with anyone to be assured that you get a call to do a seasonal maintenance tune-up on your comfort system.  We will call you to set up an appointment at your convenience, no obligation.  When you have a problem we are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year---ready and willing to make your problems go away quickly and as economically as possible.  If and when there are problems, we will work together with you to resolve them with your best interests always being our motivation.

What value is this promise to you?

• Superior service for all customers.  We have experienced technicians on call around the clock with back-up personnel available should multiple calls occur.
• Unlike the industry norm, you don’t need a written agreement to get the very best in competitive prices on your material and labor costs from us.
• Customers with multiple units can get quantity discounts depending upon the number of units, location, type, etc.  Discounts will be handled on a per case basis.
• We are very careful on who we employ.  We hire the very best people, we treat them as well as we possibly can, we provide them with continuous training and in return they will provide you with the very best quality service available in the industry today.
• Our sales consultants will offer you prompt and courteous service and we’ll offer multiple options to meet your personal indoor comfort needs at an affordable price.

What is the customer’s obligation?

• Provide us with the opportunity to win and maintain your loyalty.  If you are satisfied with Guilette you will come back to us, if you aren’t, make us the first ear to hear your problem.  It is that simple.  You will get the very best we have to offer, that is our promise.
• Promise to do annual maintenance with us (refer to applicable tune-up option sheet).  If you choose the Premium tune-up for $129, you will also receive these extra benefits:
  1. 15% discount on all regular service bills
  2. No overtime charges on after hours, weekends or holidays
  3. Priority service
  4. Pre-scheduled tune-ups
